最近，在美国主机侦探论坛上看到一张帖子，一位使用支付宝购买Godaddy虚拟主机三年无限型方案的朋友，在使用一年多之后，申请退款，但是Godaddy客服回复说是超过一年，Alipay不支持退款。
对于这个答复有点疑惑，所以Email联系Godaddy客服，得到答复如下：
Thank you for taking the time to reply. We cannot refund Alipay orders after one year has passed since the original purchase. This time-frame applies for all Alipay merchants and questions regarding this policy would need to be directed to Alipay. I appreciate your understanding. Let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
意思是说，因为与支付宝之间的协议，使用支付宝购买的订单，自购买之日算起一年之后是不可以退款的。也就是说，使用除支付宝以外其他方式购买Godaddy主机的，可以随时申请退款；如果使用支付宝购买Godaddy主机的，只能在购买之后的一年以内申请退款。
